Opening paragraph:

“THE BHA last night lodged a formal objection to the controversial win of The Young Master in Saturday’s Badger Ales Trophy on the grounds the horse was not qualified to run.

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Factfile

FEATURE RACE WINCANTON JUMPS TURF

Saturday November 8, 2014

 PERSPECTIVE IN THEORY:
The Young Masters race record before this race was 1F11-11 After Saturday's racing
The Young Masters race record now reads  1F11-111  Strong form in practice.
Trainer - Government Entry Form: Stage One: On line Weatherbys government computer Entry System.
Trainer – Government Declaration Form: Stage Two: On line Weatherbys government computer Entry System, confirmation that The Young Master is an intended competitor  at this Final Declaration Stage.
Mulholland cannot read what is not stated clearly on the Entry Form or on Declaration Form. Mulholland is not in the business to enter the horses he trains in the wrong races.
To assess The Young Masters preparation schedule so far in his career accurately it can be noted that he ran four times last season, winning three of these races. And this season he has run twice and has won both times. This being his third race this season and his third win this season
“The Young Master’s owner Mike Burbidge on Sunday vowed to fight all the way to keep the race and seek the advice of a solicitor if needed and Mulholland will be allowed legal representation.
PERSPECTIVE IN PRACTICE

“ Bearing in mind the amount of “Bloodhorse Literacy” that comes into play here, in any and in all factual evidence the government (BHA) and Lawyers Bloodhorse Illiteracy outcome is most likely to be dangerously unjust. A global horseracing issue of huge significance worldwide..
There are no formal "True Racing Right Equus Zone Rules of Horseracing" recognised at present anywhere in the world of horseracing today. To ensure horseracing has True Global Rules of Horseracing like in all other sports. This is of huge significance. It means that Global Horseracing is being run without taking into account the rights and the needs of the horses. Or the rights and the needs of the people who work with these horses everyday.

A vast ocean of indifference exists, a grey area of nothingness, into which this whole subject should be placed. Clive Brittain's book "The Smiling Pioneer" with Robin Oakley, puts the focus clearly and tactfully on the word  "Pioneer" .

The stewards if they were doing their job properly would have known the score the day before this race, not the day after this race. The money and time wasted here should and could have been diverted.

It can be noted that Paul Mulholland’s (government licensed trainer) of The Young Master partnered by Barry Geraghty this day has and is being prepared for jump racing to a particularly high standard confirmed by The Young Master's performance here last Saturday..
WHO’S PERSPECTIVE?

AWARENESS … CLARITY …IS  NEEDED,  GOVERNMENT STATE:

PAUSE FOR THOUGHT: THERE ARE  SEVERAL PERSPECTIVES HERE:

 The Young Master's perspective

The Handler-Rider who is with The Young Master every day perspective?

.Barry Geraghty's perspective?

Paul Mulholland's perspective?

Team (Paul) Mulholland perspective?

Owner Mike Burbidge's perspective?

Steward's perspective? Government perspective?

Rules of British horseracing perspective?

Rules of Global horseracing perspective?

Clarity is needed? But who’s clarity?  Clarity for what? A computer function error?  Vague clarity assumptions? Left ongoing over the last 6 decades?

Bloodhorse Literate Clarity?  Or Bloodhorse Illiterate clarity? Is that good enough? Will that do? What do you think? Are you any the wiser?

Clarity about a race having 21 large chase fences to tackle and jump amongst 17 other challengers trying to do the same, without there being any government clarity about there being any such fences at all. What sort of clarity is that? How do punters get on with a system as this, no clarity in sight?
In what perspective order do all these different perspectives come into play ?

i.                     The Young Master's perspective?

ii.                   Paul Mulholland's perspective?

iii.                  The Rules of British Horseracing (at present bloodhorse illiterate) perspective?

iv.                 Scam Bloodhorse Illiterate Rules have needed reform ongoing over the last 6 decades, True Bloodhorse Literate Rules of Horseracing are the only true rules that can ever be acceptable in the Sport of Horseracing Worldwide.

v.                  Barry Geraghty perspective?
vi.                 The Stewards at Wincanton last Saturday November 8 perspective?
vii.               The racehorses and the people who work with them every day come first not last always. At present and over the last 6 decades they have come last.

viii.              The combined perspectives involved here show The Young Master partner Barry Geraghty give a mighty performance to win this race  a massive compliment to Team (Neil) Mulholland. Showing Bloodhorse Literacy at its finest in practice. Confirming and showing the sacred supreme art of horseracing in practice.

TRUE RACING RIGHT EQUUS ZONE
Perspectives:
A sample of the issues belonging in this zone are:
Should be a true top bloodhorse literate veterinary zone for licensed trainers
It should be noted that there are few if any Bloodhorse Literate Vets in practice, if any at all. who have achieved true Bloodhorse Literacy in their own right, in the saddle.

Two totally separate perspectives here.
Racehorses Medication Zone is the opposite to Racehorses Doping Zone. At present this zone is being run as only a doping zone. Looks like when racehorses return from races  battered and bruised there is no true Medication Zone in sight to address their pain and aid there suffering. Apparently we are being led to believe by the bloodhorse illiterate that racehorses have no health rights to any medication at all, no matter how bad their injuries.
We have a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Licensing Zone” .
We need a “True Bloodhorse Literate Licensing Zone” .

We have a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Disciplinary Zone” .
We need a “True Bloodhorse Literate Disciplinary Zone” .

We have in the main a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Zone” .
We need in the main a “True Bloodhorse Literate Stewards Zone
We have a shambles of stuff and nonsense termed to be Stable Staff.

We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Career Structure Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Student-Learner Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Handler-Rider Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Work-Rider Zone

British horseracing needs a properly constructed financial zone that pays a true wage for the skills achieved by each person to remain ongoing over that person’s career and advancement in that career. To have nothing to do with the past and present government’s minimum wage theft.
All racecourses need to pay true wages to all Trainers, and all Trainer Team handler riders whilst they are working on any and all racecourses, presenting the racehorses to the public. The present racecourse system of theft and abuse to be kicked out.

Gorgeous photograph of Kingman Racing Post this morning.
"Superstar miler Kingman wins Cartier Horse of the Year.

Kingman has a very knowing expression in this photograph, looks like he knows he is the real deal superstar. Also underlines the fact that much travelled worldwide trainer John Gosden now based back in Newmarket, is never far away in making sure the horses he trains have everything they need, in context when racing abroad or racing at home. Kingman has a happy expression in this photograph speaking volumes. Gorgeous.
