BHA:
THE BHA on Sunday came out in support of the Sandown stewards over the decision
to fine trainer Willie
Mullins £1,000 for the late withdrawal of Vroum
Vroum Mag on Saturday.
Rust: The Cheltenham Festival-winning mare was withdrawn
only nine minutes before she was due to contest the Listed Select Hurdle after
any mathematical chance of Mullins winning his first British jump trainers’
title had gone.
Rust: The stewards’ report described the trainer as
showing “a wilful disregard for the interests of racegoers and punters”, a
comment Mullins disagreed with and branded “very harsh”.
JMC: The Horses and their Owners’ Trainer’s, and Trainers’ Teams’ come
first not last. The Deathly Dangerous British Tory Male Cameron Division Government
Jungle that Bloodhorse Illiteracy is responsible for creating.
RM:
Robin Mounsey, spokesman for the BHA, said on Sunday: “We support the decision
of the stewards. In our view the specific set of circumstances which occurred
were not satisfactory and the penalty was warranted.”
JMC: British horseracing is and has been run over the last 7 decades without
any ‘ True ‘Bloodhorse Literate Rules’ .
Rust: The BHA confirmed the penalty range for the offence
is £250 to £1,500, with an entry point of £500, and that “owing to the nature
of the Bloodhorse incident” the stewards
felt a penalty above the entry point was warranted.
Rust: Regarding the terminology used in the stewards’
report, to which Mullins took exception, the BHA stated that the “wilful
disregard to racing public” wording is “specifically referred to within the
guide to procedures and penalties in association with this rule”.
JMC: The pittance termed to be
British ‘Prize-money” over the last 7 decades is government financial fraud of
the very worst kind. Due to this fact any trainer has an absolute right to seek
the best prize-money, for any and all of his, her challengers. The horses come first
not last. Global Horseracing does not belong to the punters, or to the general public or to bloodhorse
illiterate racecourses, or Tory government authorities. The
popular Global Gambling Game that Horseracing provides belongs to all those who work with the racehorses in training every day, the professional Bloodhorse Literate achievers
Rust: Despite the unique set of circumstances involved
and the fact Mullins was frank in his declaration to the stewards about his
preference to run in a more valuable race at Punchestown this week after his
chance of winning the title had gone, BHA chief executive Nick Rust reiterated
that the late withdrawal broke the rule that states a horse who is declared for
a race must run.
JMC: Government man Nick Rust is
‘Bloodhorse Illiterate’ therefore he is not qualified to hold the post he does,
or to take the huge wage he is taking each day of each week.
Rust: 'It's a
clear rule breach'
JMC: It may well be termed to be 'a clear rule
breach' But it is a ‘Bloodhorse
Illiterate Rule Breach, and as such, invalid.
Rust: As a guest on At The Races on Sunday morning,
Rust was asked if he felt Mullins had “wilful disregard to the interest of
British racing and its racegoers” and responded: “That’s what the rule
effectively covers off. Rust, he was honest but we have to cover off a wider
point here. The entries were made in good faith, the public was expecting to
see the horse run, the race is framed in a particular way, we sell media and
data rights around the world, and it’s important to have things lined up
properly.
JMC: Yes,
Rust and the Cameron Division of the Tory party, and all racecourses are
guilty of selling
other people’s media and data copyright status around the world left ongoing over the
last 7 decades. A fraudulent financial crime of massive consequence.
Rust; “Willie’s been honest but he has broken the rules.
It’s a clear rule breach and we need to discourage in general these actions.
He’s clearly got his reasons for doing so, of course we understand that, but we
can’t make one rule for one and one for another.
JMC: “of course we understand that,
but we can’t make one rule for one and one for another. ”That is exactly what you are doing. Over the last 7
decades you people have been guilty of fraudulently ripping of billions of
people, day in and day out, taking their hard earned cash for yourselves by way of your living, minimum-living- wage scam. That you have got away with doing this for so long, goes to show the depths you are prepared to sink to, too con decent hard working British people out of what rightfully belongs to them. Corruption and scant regard such as this deserves a prison sentence.
Rust; “We have something called self-certification, which is a
concession to trainers to allow them to withdraw horses under particular
defined circumstances.
Rust; “Deciding to run on another day is not one of them because one of
the issues you can have, which is clearly not the case this time, is trainers
declaring for one race, seeing they don’t like the outcome of the race and
deciding they will pull the horse out when it was ready to run, and run in
another race two days later. That’s what we’re trying to prevent.”
JMC: The cruel dangerous and evil
Racecourse, and BHA authorities along with Cameron’s Tory male Division government
together same in Ireland.
The reality of sufferance burdened upon each and every true bloodhorse
literate achievers’ copyright rating rights, is government theft on a massive
scale, left ongoing over the last 7 decades adds up to forcing through Bloodhorse
Illiterate Horseracing Rules that have crippled and killed billions of
racehorses, and their minder, handler riders, relegated all those who prepare
these racehorses every day in training, to unbelievable hardship and poverty.
JMC: We do not want our little
babies having to
experience the terror of war, anytime
in their lives.
